-All of the selections featured on this web site are in stock,

-Prices based on in-stock inventory available for your event date.

-First come, first serve basis.

-Book early to insure availability & primary selections!!!

-We recommend that you reserve your linens 6-8 months prior to the event date to ensure your favorite selection is available for the date of your event.

 

PAYMENT

-We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express

-Payment Plans are available

-Delivery Fee (30 miles radius) $30.00, if further away, please call for pricing. FREE DELIVERY only in the Spring area.

-Set Up fee $50.00 per Hour

-We offer the option for you to pick up your rental selections so you can save money!

-Special rental rates are available for extended use, please call for details.

-Rental rates quoted are for 1 day's use only.

-All rental fees are NON –REFUNDABLE

-Rentals are due back no later than the next day after the event date. i.e. Weekend events must be returned on Monday. No Exceptions.

-If rentals have not been returned within this time, there will be an extra charge added to the payment on file.

- Careful attention should be given to the quantity on linens ordered. Credit cannot be given on any unused items. It is strongly suggested that you count the linens received at the time of delivery; all deliveries will be presumed to be correct unless we are notified immediately.

 

-For all rush orders (48 hours or less) a handling fee of $25.00 will apply.

 

LINEN CARE

-Chair covers and linens are professionally cleaned after every use

-Returned Linens must be free of food particles or any debris of any kind and air dried to prevent staining and mildew.

-Additional charges may be incurred if linens are heavily soiled or have wax residue.

-A $35.00 cleaning fee may be charged for items returned without proper care.

 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

-All rentals require a REFUNDABLE security deposit

-The security deposit will be refunded in full if the rentals are returned within the allotted time and in the condition in which they left.

- Security deposits may be added to orders. On orders paid by credit card, security deposits will be refunded within 5 business days after linens are returned. Security deposits on orders paid by check will be refunded within 10 business days after linens are returned.

 

CANCELLATION

-Cancellations must be made at least 14 business days prior to the date of your event and your security deposit will be refunded.

-Cancellations within the 1 week period will result in the loss of your initial down payment.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All data and any other information about you is subject to our privacy policy. This site is owned and operated by Cloverlinens.com. All information is used only by employees of Cloverlinens.com for informational purposes only. All information is used exclusively for order processing and customer service. -Los articulos rentados deben ser devueltos a mas tardar el dia siguiente al evento. Por ejemplo. Eventos en fin de semana deberan ser devueltos el dia Lunes. Sin Excepcion

-Si los articulos no han sido devueltos dentro de este periodo, se hara un cargo extra a la tarjeta de credito existente.

- Debe tomar especial atencion a la cantidad de articulos ordenados. No podemos reembolsar dinero por articulos no utilizados. Es importante que la persona que recibira los articulos cuente con atencion que la orden esta completa; asumimos que todas las entregas estan correctas al menos que nos sea notificado inmediatamente.

 

-Para ordenes con calidad de urgente (48 horas menos) se cobrara una cuota de $25.00.

 

CUIDADO DE LA MANTELERIA

-Los manteles y cubresillas son lavados profesionalmente despues de cada uso.

-La manteleria devuelta debe estar libre de particulas de comida o cualquier otra clase de basura y deberan entregarse secos para prevenir manchas o moho.

-Si la manteleria que es devuelta se encuentra con manchas profundas o con residuos de cera se cobrara una cuota adicional.

-Una cuota de servicio de lavado de $35.00 se cobrara por articulos que sean devueltos sin el cuidado necesario.

 

DEPOSITO DE RESERVA

-Todas las ordenes requieren un deposito de reserva REEMBOLSABLE.

-El deposito de reserva sera reembolsado si los articulos son devueltos dentro del periodo estipulado y en la misma cantidad y condicion en que fueron rentados.

- Los depositos de reserva pueden ser agregados a las ordenes. Para las ordenes que son canceladas con tarjeta de credito, el deposito de reserva se reembolsara 5 dias despues de que los articulos sean devueltos. Depositos de reserva cancelados con cheque seran reembolsados 10 dias despues de que los articulos sean devueltos.

 

CANCELACIONES

-Las Cancelaciones deben efectuarse por lo menos 14 dias habiles antes de la fecha del evento y su deposito de reserva sera reembolsado.

-Cancelaciones hechas dentro de 1 semana de la fecha del evento resultara en la perdida de su pago inicial.
